When you accept this Service Package, you agree to have Yates Custom Lawn Sprinklers perform the necessary service and/or repairs on each visit, in order to keep your sprinkler system operating properly. If our technician determines that service or repairs will exceed $500.00, or if renovations are recommended but not required, you will be contacted to discuss the work before we proceed.
If, for any reason, you are not happy with the results of a service call, please let us know within 7 days so we can correct the issue promptly. Any return calls for service after 7 days will result in a separate Service Call Charge.
Service packages are not transferable from a previous residence to a new residence.
