Yates Custom Lawn Sprinklers is a Certified Irrigation Contractor (CIC) specializing in the installation and service of quality lawn sprinklers in the greater Ottawa area since 1990. Located in the town of Manotick just south of Ottawa, Yates Custom Lawn Sprinklers is a family owned business operated by brothers Chuck and Chad Yates.
Our Company operates in three divisions; residential/commercial irrigation installations, residential/commercial irrigation service, and snow clearing service.
Irrigation Installation
From a small garden bed system to a large commercial project, Yates will custom design and install a sprinkler system best suited to our clients' needs and budget. Our combination of experienced, professional staff and state of the art materials and equipment will get the job done right the first time. Best of all, we maintain what we sell with superior warranties and service packages.
Irrigation Service
Over the course of our 17 year existence, our client base has grown. We have added and trained quality service technicians as required in order to provide our clients with the quality service they've come to expect from Yates. We have several Certified Irrigation Technicians (CIT's) on staff and we can assist our clients with everything from routine maintenance (start-ups, winterizations) to emergency repair calls promptly and professionally.
Snow Clearing Service
To compliment our summer business, Yates offers a snow clearing service to residential and commercial clients in the Manotick area. We offer plow truck or tractor blower service on a seasonal or holiday basis. In addition, we offer walkway shovelling and driveway/parking lot sanding/salting on request. We pride ourselves on providing prompt service with reliable, newer equipment.
