Yates Custom Lawn Sprinklers is a Certified Irrigation Contractor (CIC) specializing in the installation and service of quality lawn sprinkler systems in the greater Ottawa area since 1990. Located in the town of Manotick just south of Ottawa, Yates Custom Lawn Sprinklers is a family owned business operated by brothers Chuck and Chad Yates. Service is available to the greater Ottawa area, Orleans, Kanata, Stittsville, Stonebridge, Manotick and Greely, as well as outlying areas such as Arnprior, Smiths Falls, and the Rideau Lakes.

Snow Clearing Service

To compliment our summer business, Yates Custom Lawn Sprinklers offers a snow clearing service to residential and commercial clients in the Manotick area. We offer plow truck or tractor blower service on a seasonal or holiday basis. In addition, we offer walkway shovelling and driveway/parking lot sanding/salting on request. We pride ourselves on providing prompt service with reliable, newer equipment.

Controller:
The brains of the sprinkler system. From the simple to program (STP) timer to the robust ESP LX Modular, these easy to use controllers are fully lockable and weatherproof.

Rain Sensor:
Improved water savings = significant money savings. The sensor overrides your program to prevent overwatering your plants & lawn.

Rotational Sprinklers:
For those medium to large areas of your lawn. All are easy to adjust rotors with removable nozzles and filter screens for easy maintenance

Spray Heads:
For all those small nooks & crannies. Available in various heights and nozzles types to suit any situation.

Master Valve:
This simple, yet critical device significantly reduces or eliminates water loss should a mainline be punctured.

Valves:
These state of the art valves will maintain optimal flow in your irrigation system. They will also ensure years of worry-free operation.

Mainlines:
We won't scrimp and neither should you. All irrigation system mainlines are standard 1" polyethylene for maximum flow. We only use CSA approved polyethylene from master valve to the first valve box in all irrigation system installations.
